Because we believe that our customers should have high quality service, and that no one should suffer due to a manufacturers defective product, we guarantee that when you invest in a new furnace or central air conditioner from Tradesman Mechanical Services Ltd., operate the system in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, and have us maintain the system annually, this guarantee provides you with the ultimate peace of mind protection. In the event that your Furnace’s Heat Exchanger cracks during the first 6 years of ownership, rather than make repairs or change only the broken parts, we will replace your entire furnace with a new one at absolutely no cost to you.In the event that your Central Air conditioner’s compressor fails during the first 6 years of ownership, rather than make repairs or change only the broken compressor, we will replace your entire condensing unit with a brand new one at absolutely no cost to you. Comfort Plan customers are also guaranteed replacement within 48 hours of our diagnostic, based on the availability of equivalent Equipment Models.

Since equipment breakdown can be an untimely expense, we offer the following rebates: We will refund 100% of any repair up to $300.00, and 50% of any repair up to $800.00 if you choose Tradesman to replace your furnace or air conditioner within one year of the repairs.Unless otherwise stated repair components are guaranteed for one full year.

If at any time during the first year of installation, you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of the equipment, our service or even our people, we will within 30 days of your request, remove the system and cheerfully refund the entire amount of the system.

We guarantee that your comfort system will heat and / or cool your home to 72°F when the outdoor temperature is between -40°F and 92°F.  We also promise a temperature variance of no more than 2°F from your setting at the thermostat location.
